In honor of World Mental Health Day, I wanted to share some quotes to raise awareness about mental health and wellness. Mental health is so important, and often times it’s overlooked, especially in the black community where there is still some stigma regarding mental illness. However in 2020, there’s no time like the present to work on ourselves and our mental health.
There’s not much more to say, because these quotes really speak for themselves. If they resonate with you or someone you know, share them on your social media pages to encourage others, and raise awareness. You can save them to your computer or phone by right-clicking or tapping and holding down for a few seconds.
